The Glasgow Light Opera Club is run by a committee, voted in each year by club members at the AGM.

The committee is headed by a President and Vice-President, who serve for terms of 2 years each, and are elected/re-elected in alternate years. There are a further 6 committee members, also voted in for terms of 2 years each.

The committee is supported and augmented by an Honorary Secretary and an Honorary Treasurer, usually "non-performing" friends of the club. From this committee are formed various sub-committees that are required to ensure the smooth running of the club and the successful staging of any production.
