An Enjoyable "Carousel"
"Carousel,"at the King's Theatre, Glasgow, the latest show by the Glasgow Light Opera Club, is enjoyable entertainment.

Grace W. Leggatt, Elizabeth Winstanley, Douglas MacDonald,and Stewart Hutton deserve special mention.The chorus was well trained, and the conductor, John Tweedie, had a good grip of stage and orchestra. Tom Raffel, the producer,did good work with a crowded stage, and Nan Keeling, choreographer, put on some colourful dances.

Colourful Show
Glasgow Light Opera Company bounce on to the stage at the King's this week full of life and vitality in a colourful production of "Carousel." The show is smooth from start to finale, with fine chorus work.

The principals, Elizabeth Winstanley, Grace W. Leggatt, Douglas McDonald, and Stewart Hutton, made a grand job of their parts.
