Riot of colour
Glasgow Light Opera Club's "The Gypsy Baron" is the last - and certainly the best - of the amateur shows staged at the King's Theatre, Glasgow, over the past month.

The operetta is presented in a riot of colourful costumes, beautiful Strauss melodies, and dancers performing with exuberance and vitality.

Producer Anne Ballantyne's meticulous attention to detail, Effie McCowan's precision choreography and Musical Director John Tweedie's expertise all add up to a lively and entertaining evening.
