A Champagne Romp
The season of amateur musicals at the King's Theatre, Glasgow, ends on a high note with this week's production of Pink Champagne by Glasgow Light Opera Club.

David Carmichael's scintillating show, a revised version of the Johann Strauss opera "Die Fledermaus," is a musical romp through nineteenth century Vienna in which high quality singing and lively repartee are maintained throughout an elegant evening highlighted by Effie McCowan's beautifully choreographed Blue Danube Ballet.
