[The Cast] Calamity Jane

An operetta in two acts. Music by Sammy Fain. (1957).

A humorous look at the relationship between Jane (a real all American tomboy) and Wild Bill Hickock. a gambler. Set in the wild west in the 1880's we follow "Calam" through numerous escapades with would be beaux, showmen, show women and showmen dressed as women! After some romantic confusion, Jane wins Bill's hand and the whole of Deadwood celebrates.
